Stereolithography

The stereolithography is based on the photo-polymerization of liquid resin, restrained in a pool, sensitive to the ultraviolet radiation emitted by the laser with a system of mirrors. The interaction between the radiation generated by the laser and the photopolymer starts a chemical reaction that involves its solidification.

The stereolithography prototypes have with no doubts the best dimensional and superficial characteristics. This technology is particularly recommended to obtain the highest quality of those details for which is important a dimensional and superficial precision.

The various available resins allow to satisfy the customer’s needs. Besides, the stereolythography pieces can be easily painted both lucid and opaque.
