Investment casting

With the technology of metal part casting is possible to realize pieces with definitive materials and with few limits on the object’s complexity.

Starting from a three-dimensional file, we realize the sacrificial model made of wax and that will be used to make the mould made of gypsum.

Then the fused metal is dripped in the mould and it fills the object’s shapes through a computerized system. The pieces are polished and sand-blasted and is possible to operate further mechanical workings with CNC machines.

The system directly realizes definitive particulars and results really suitable to build a small series of the same object. We can use different kind of aluminium and brass.
